Özet
Aile, tarih boyunca Türk toplulukları için önemli bir konumda yer almış ve Türk ailesi belirli zaman dilimlerinde dönüşüm geçirerek bugüne gelmiştir. Cumhuriyetin ilanı Türk ailesinin modern aile yapısı kazanması hususunda önemli bir dönüm noktası olmuştur. Toplumun modernleşmesi adına atılan adımlar zaman içerisinde hedef kitlede karşılık bulmuş ve yeni bir aile yapısına yönelme gözlenmiştir. Söz konusu dönüşüm günümüzde de devam etmektedir. Sosyal bir kurum olan aile, Türk sinemasında çeşitli nitelikleriyle temsil edilmektedir. Hem bir sanat dalı hem de bir kitle iletişim aracı olan sinemada Türk ailesinin nasıl temsil edildiği önemlidir çünkü sinema, kitleleri etkileme ve yönlendirme gücüne sahiptir. Sinemanın toplumu etkileme ve yönlendirme gücü doğal olarak özellikle yüksek izleyici sayısına ulaşan filmlerle artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, 1996-2000 yılları arasındaki dönemde vizyona girmiş, bir milyon ve üstü izleyici sayısına ulaşan Türk filmlerinde, filmsel zaman göz önünde bulundurularak, Türk ailesinin nasıl temsil edildiği sorusuna yanıt aranmıştır. Çalışmada öne sürülen temel varsayım, incelenen Türk filmlerinde Türk ailesinin genel nitelikleriyle temsil edilebildiği ve toplumsal yapının sinemasal anlatıda belirleyici olduğudur. Çalışma için seçilen filmler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle incelenerek çalışmanın temel sorusuna cevap aranmış ve tahlil edilen filmlerin tümünde Türk ailesinin genel nitelikleriyle temsil edilebildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The family has always had an important role for the Turkish communities throughout history and the Turkish family is being transformed in certain periods. The proclamation of the republic was an important turning point for the Turkish family for gaining a modern structure. The steps taken for the modernization of the society have found a response in the target audience over time and a trend towards a new family structure has been observed. This transformation continues for the family like every social structure. The family, a social institution, is represented in Turkish cinema with its various qualities. How the Turkish family is represented in cinema films is important on the grounds that as a medium that appeals to the masses, cinema is an important factor in the production of opinion, attitude and behavior about the person, creature, community, ideology, genre etc. represented. The power of the cinema to influence and direct the society naturally increases especially with the movies that reach high audience numbers. In this study, an answer was made to the question of how the Turkish family is represented, considering the filmic time in Turkish films, which were released in the period between 1996 and 2000, reaching one million or more viewers. The main assumption put forward in the study is that in the Turkish films examined, it can be represented with the general characteristics of the Turkish family and the social structure is decisive in the narrative. The films selected for the study were analyzed using descriptive analysis method, and answers to the basic question of the study were sought, and it was concluded that the Turkish family can be represented with its general characteristics in all of the analyzed films.
