| dc.description.abstract | Dünya hakimiyeti üzerine oluşturulan jeopolitik teorilerinden en eski teori olan Mackinder’in Kara Hakimiyet Teorisi, Doğu Avrupa’ya hâkim olan gücün kalpgâh olarak adlandırılan; Volga-Doğu Sibirya-Kuzey Buz Denizi-İran ve Afganistan’ı kapsayan bölgeye de egemen olacağı, kalpgâh’a hâkim olanın ise Dünya Adasına ve dolayısı ile dünyaya egemen olacağı esasına dayanmaktadır. Kara Hakimiyet Teorisi dışında, Kenar Kuşak Teorisi, Deniz Hakimiyet Teorisi gibi teoriler stratejistlerin önem verdikleri diğer teoriler olmuştur. Bu teorilerin dışında; Avrasyacılık, Brezinski’nin Büyük Satranç Tahtası, ABD’nin Yeni Dünya Düzeni gibi yaklaşımları önemli yaklaşımlar arasındadır. | en_US |
