Özet
The chapter is focused on the fundamentals of approximate reasoning, their key formal properties, design, and an overall development process. We also show how the mechanisms of approximate reasoning support the construction of rule-based models, which are one of the omnipresent constructs in fuzzy modeling. © 2024 Elsevier Inc.
