Study was single-blind, randomized controlled trial using a pre-post and control group design. It was conducted with 60 nulliparous women during childbirth. This study showed that the levels of labor fear, pain duration and cost were lower and the levels of satisfaction the labor experience were higher in the intervention group. This care also plays an effective role in reducing the cost of labor.
