Optisyenlerin mesleki doyumları ile mesleki bağlılıkları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Mesleki doyum ve mesleki bağlılık kavramları uzun zamandır farklı meslek dallarında incelenmiştir. Ülkemizde ise optisyenler ile ilgili bu konuda yeterli veri bulunmamaktadır. Çalışmamızda bu amaçla İstanbul’da yer alan 600 optisyenlik çalışanına mesleki doyum ve mesleki bağlılık anketleri elektronik posta yoluyla ulaştırılmış ve sonuçlar incelenmiştir. Mesleki doyum ölçeğine bağlı duygusal mesleki bağlılık, mesleki devam bağlılığı; mesleki bağlılık ölçeğine bağlı olarak niteliklere uygunluk, mesleki memnuniyet ve gelişme isteği faktörleri oluşturulmuştur. Korelasyon analizi sonucunda niteliklere uygunluk faktörü ile mesleki bağlılık faktörü arasında yüksek derecede, duygusal bağlılık skoru arasında ise orta derecede pozitif yönde ilişki saptanmıştır. Faktörler ile yapılan regresyon analizi sonucunda niteliklere uygunluk ve gelişme isteği skorlarının duygusal bağlılık üzerinde ve yine niteliklere uygunluk skorunun devam bağlılığı üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada daha önce diğer meslek gruplarında belirtildiğine benzer bir şekilde, optisyenlerde de iş doyumu ve mesleki bağlılık skorlarının birbirleri ile pozitif yönde ilişkide olduğu saptanmıştır.

The concepts of professional satisfaction and professional commitment have been studied in different professions for a long time. In our country, there is not enough data on opticians on this field. For this purpose, in our study, professional satisfaction and professional commitment questionnaires were sent to 600 opticians in Istanbul via e-mail and the results were examined. Emotional professional commitment and professional continuance commitment factors were formed based on professional satisfaction scale. Depending on the scale of professional commitment, the factors of conformity to qualifications, Professional satisfaction and desire for improvement were formed. As a result of the correlation analysis, a high degree of positive correlation was found between the factor of conformity to qualifications and the factor of professional commitment, and a moderate degree of positive relationship between the emotional commitment score. As a result of the regression analysismade with the factors, it was seen that the scores of conformity to qualifications and desire for improvement had a statistically significant effect on emotional commitment, and the score of conformity to qualifications had a statistically significant effect on continuance commitment.As a result, in this study, it was determined that job satisfaction and professional commitment scores were positively related to each other in opticians, similar to what was previously stated in other occupational groups.
