Recently, evaluation of serum vitamin D level in pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) patients gained popularity, as there is close relation with development of GVHD and complications. Our aim was to assess the serum vitamin D level and its relation with GVHD and complications such as graft failure in HSCT patients.
