| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın amacı pandemi sürecinde eczane çalışanlarının iş streslerinin uyumsal performans üzerindeki etkisinde iş-aile çatışmasının aracılık rolüne sahip olup olmadığını tespit etmektir. Bu kapsamda İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren eczanelerde çalışan 443 kişi araştırmaya katılmıştır. Anket formu ile elde edilen veriler, sosyal bilimler istatistik programı (Statistical Package for Social Sciences-SPSS 26.0), Amos 26 (Analysis of Moment Structures) ve Microsoft Excel programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada ilk olarak geçerlilik ve güvenirlik analizleri yapılmıştır. Daha sonra tanımlayıcı analizler, normallik testleri ve frekans analizleri yapılmıştır. Son olarak araştırmaya ait hipotezleri test etmek için korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri ile Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi (YEM) ve çıkan sonuçların anlamlılığını değerlendirmek için sobel testi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, pandemi döneminde eczane çalışanlarının yaşadıkları iş stresi ile uyumsal performans arasındaki ilişkinin negatif yönde ve orta derecede olduğu, diğer taraftan iş stresi ile iş-aile çatışması arasındaki ilişkinin ise pozitif yönde ve orta derecede olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, iş-aile çatışması ile uyumsal performans arasındaki ilişkinin negatif yönde ve orta derecede olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak yapılan araştırmada pandemi döneminde eczane çalışanlarının yaşadıkları iş stresinin uyumsal performansa etkisinde iş-aile çatışmasının kısmi aracılık etkisine sahip olduğu ortaya koymuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to determine whether work-family conflict has a mediating role in the effect of work stresses of pharmacy employees on adaptive performance during the pandemic process. In this context, 443 people working in pharmacies operating in Istanbul participated in the study. The data obtained through the questionnaire form were analyzed using the Social Sciences statistics program (Statistical Package for Social Sciences-SPSS 26.0), Amos 26 (Analysis of Moment Structures) and Microsoft Excel programs. First, validity and reliability analyzes were made in the study. Later, descriptive analysis, normality tests and frequency analysis were performed. Finally, to test the hypotheses of the research, correlation and regression analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the Sobel test to evaluate the significance of the results were performed. As a result, it was found that the relationship between the work stress experienced by pharmacy employees and their adaptive performance during the pandemic period was negative and moderate, while the relationship between job stress and work-family conflict was positive and moderate. In addition, it was found that the relationship between work-family conflict and adaptive performance was negative and moderate. Eventually, the study revealed that work-family conflict had a partial mediating effect on the adaptive performance of the work stress experienced by pharmacy employees during the pandemic period. | en_US |
