| dc.description.abstract | Çocuk hakları evrensel bildirgesine göre 0-18 yaş aralığında olan her birey çocuk sayılır ve bu dönemde görülen riskli davranışların, aksaklıkların ya da yaşanılan travmaların, çocuk-ergende psikiyatrik bozuklukların gelişmesinde rolü vardır. Riskli davranışlar ile karşılaşan çocuk ve ergenler, birçok faktörün etkisi ile suç davranışına sürüklenebilmektedir. Yapılan çalışmalar, suça sürüklenme ile madde kullanma davranışının bir arada görüldüğünü ve sıklığının giderek artış göstermekte olduğunu açıkça göstermektedir. Madde kullanma ve suça sürüklenme öyküsü ile ruh sağlığı ve hastalıkları kliniklerine başvuruda bulunan çocuk-ergenlerde ruhsal hastalıkların görülme sıklığı da yüksektir. Bu noktada kliniğe yatışı gerçekleşen çocuk-ergenlere bakım veren psikiyatri hemşireleri çocuğun bu özellikli durumunu göz önünde bulundurmalıdır. Bu özden hareketle bu derlemenin amacı, madde kullanımı olan ve suça sürüklenmiş çocuk-ergenlerde görülebilen olası ruhsal sorunlar ile bu sorunlara yönelik olası hemşirelik bakımı konusunda bilgi vermektir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | According to the Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Child, every individual who is between the ages of 0 and 18 is considered to be a child and in this period risky behaviors, disruptions or traumas have a role in the development of psychiatric disorders. Children and adolescents who are exposed to risky behaviors can be dragged into criminal behavior by many factors. Studies show that delinquent and substance abuse behaviors are seen together and that the frequency is increasing steadily. The frequency of mental illness is also high in child-adolescents who are admitted to the mental health clinics with substance use and delinquent behavior story. At this point, psychiatric nurses who care for the childadolescents that admitted to the clinic should consider this specific situation of the child.
