Özet
Sağlık hizmetleri, toplum hayatının vazgeçilmez, geciktirilemez, ertelenemez ve ihmal edilemez en temel ihtiyaçlarından biridir. Hemşireler, sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumu esnasında, tedavi hizmetinin yürütümünde ve sonrasında bireylerin neredeyse en yakını olabilen sağlık profesyonelleridir. Bu nedenle hemşireler, sağlık hizmeti sunumunda hasta bakımı ile ilgili tıbbi müdahalelere karar verebilecek ya da bu müdahalelerin kararlarına ortak olmalarını gerektirebilecek birçok durumla karşılaşabilmektedir. Bu derlemenin amacı, hemşirelerin tıbbi müdahalelerdeki karar verme yetkisini yasa ve yönetmelikler doğrultusunda incelemek, tıbbi müdahalede hemşirenin konumunu ve hukuki sorumluluğunu tartışmaktır.
Health care services are one of the most basic, indispensable, non-postponable, and non-negligible needs of community life. Nurses are health professionals who are most likely to be close to the individuals during the delivery of health services, during and after the conduction of treatment services. For this reason, the nurses may face many situations that they may find themselves in the position to decide on medical interventions related to patient care in health care delivery or to share the decisions of this medical interventions. The aim of this article is to examine the nurses' decision-making authority in medical interventions in accordance with laws and regulations, to discuss the position and legal responsibility of the nurses in medical intervention.
