dc.description.abstractObjective: T cell-acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) is one of the most aggressive treatment-resistant types of leukemia, which has no specific prognostic marker for disease follow up. Objective: The aim of this study is to demonstrate the altered genes in T-ALL, WNT-specific analysis of exhibit abnormal activity in the T-ALL and identify the tissue-specific expressions of alternative splicing products by transcriptome sequencingen_US
